My name is Tim and I live in Richmond Virginia and work in Ashland Va. I have goals in my life. I am buying some land in Floyd Virginia in the mountain and would like one day to build a house in floyd and be a farmer living off the land. Perhaps even farm on the land and produce my own electricity so there will be no electric bills.

Hello. I'm a 25 years old SWF in central Virginia searching
for my soul mate. I grew up on a farm and have dreamed of homesteading
since childhood. Currently, I am going back to school to be an RN
and although I have a garden, my schedule is too demanding to have the
animals that I want. Eventually, I am planning on building a log
home and living a simple life. I would like to live as self-sufficiently
as possible growing/raising my food, having gravity fed water, etc...
